If we are unable to provide the service due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer an equivalent service of equal or greater value.

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

The 48-hour period begins the moment your service is activated and you receive your access credentials. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of service activation.

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via our Support Ticket system. Requests made via Live Chat, Discord, or Social Media DM will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable

Chargebacks or payment disputes will lead to immediate suspension of all services without refund.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment processor constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. We will immediately suspend all services associated with your account. You will lose all data, and we will not issue a refund under any circumstances.

6. Promotional Services

Promotional, discounted, or special-offer services are non-refundable.

Promotional servers or plans provided at a discounted rate are final sale. No refunds will be issued for these services, even within the 48-hour window, unless there is a technical fault on our end preventing access.
