2. Billing Cycle
Understanding how and when you are charged for your services.
Monthly Billing
- Duration: Our default billing cycle is 30 days (1 Month).
- Charges: Your account is automatically charged every month on the same date as your initial invoice.
- Renewals: If you do not manually cancel your service, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing period.
- Pro-Rata Refunds: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, charges will be pro-rated for the remaining days.
Payment Failure
If your payment fails on the due date, we will send you an automated email notification. You have a 7-day grace period to clear the dues before service suspension.
3. Security
We take your financial security extremely seriously.
Encryption
- All payment pages are secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
- We do not store full credit card numbers. We only store a token or masked last 4 digits for identification.
- All transactions are processed directly through our PCI-DSS Compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe).
Privacy
- We will never share your financial details with third parties without your consent.
- We do not store your payment credentials in plain text. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
- Billing addresses are used solely for invoicing purposes and will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
