Terms of Service

Welcome to Galaxy Host. We provide web hosting, game server hosting (Minecraft, etc.), and virtual private server (VPS) services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Galaxy Host offers various hosting solutions including, but not limited to:

• Minecraft Hosting: Dedicated resources for running Java Edition and Bedrock Edition servers.
• Cloud VPS: Virtual private servers with scalable CPU, RAM, and Storage resources.
• Web Hosting: Shared resources for websites and applications.
• Game Hosting: Dedicated servers for various games (ARK, Rust, etc.).

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new orders and will not affect existing active subscriptions until their renewal date.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All payments are processed securely.

Invoicing: An invoice will be generated for every transaction. You are responsible for maintaining current billing information. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Fraud: We have a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud. Any chargeback initiated without our consent may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or for the transmission of any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
• Engage in "Resource Abuse" (e.g., spawning excessive entities in Minecraft to lag other players).
• Use excessive resources (CPU, RAM, Disk) beyond what your plan allows.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the functioning of the Services or any other user's use of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other accounts or computer systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code.

Galaxy Host Property: All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Galaxy Host website or in the Services are the property of Galaxy Host or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of any data, files, or content you upload to your server, provided such content does not violate our terms. You grant Galaxy Host a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and perform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Modpacks & Plugins: Galaxy Host does not own the rights to third-party Minecraft mods, plugins, or modpacks. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party software on your server.

Eligibility: Refunds are processed at our discretion. If a service fails to meet the specifications advertised (e.g., allocated RAM/CPU), a full refund will be issued. If the server is fully functional but you simply wish to cancel, no refund will be provided for the current month.

Processing Time: Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to appear on the original payment method.

Exception: We do not offer refunds for downtime caused by external factors outside our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, natural disasters), though we will offer service credits (SLA) as compensation.

Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your service at any time through your Client Area. You will remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

Involuntary Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Abusive behavior towards our staff.
• Using the Services for illegal activities.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All data stored on your server will be deleted immediately upon termination unless a backup was explicitly downloaded by you. We are not responsible for data loss.

As-Is Service: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Galaxy Host does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

No Warranty: Galaxy Host expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Galaxy Host, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

Max Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the month the claim arose.
